Everyone who wants to take the challenges of everyday life easily, needs to have a retreat from time to time. That is why your health and well-being is our top priority. At the hotel, we offer various saunas, solarium, massages, and beauty treatments in the near future. In our sauna area we have an attractive "basket sauna" with waterfall in the outdoor area and spacious recreation zone indoors.

Room information

Stylish country-style rooms, designed with lots of taste and refinement, offer space on 40 m². We attach particular importance to the large bathroom with luxurious shower and separate WC. All rooms feature a large and sunny balcony with incomparable views of the surrounding landscape and the Allgäu region.

Food & beverage

At our restaurant "Kaufmann" we spoil all of your senses. Hans-Georg and Karl-Heinz Kaufmann and their kitchen team introduce you to the culinary world of the Allgäu region and the Bavarian hinterland. "Regional but still creative with internation blends", so the motto of our chef. And this is exactly what he creates, always using products from local farmers or game from local hunting grounds. A very special experience is a romantic candlelight dinner for two in our "Romantik Restaurant" with wood-paneled walls.

Area information

In the area around Rosshaupten you find the unusually gentle landscape of the alpine foothills. In early May, beautiful dandelion meadows will light up the hills with its beautiful colours. Until the late summer, the scent of flowers will accompany the scent of fresh cut grass and hay. Walking and hiking paths for all levels and lengths can be found here, leading around town and to the mountain peaks. In the cold season, you are in a true winter wonderland which offers you varied sport and recreation activities.
