The property does not have a reception. You must pick up the keys from the Europlan office in Via D'Annunzio, 11 Bardolino (VR), 4 km away between 16:00 and 19:00. Arrivals outside of these times must be advised in advance by calling the property. Contact details can be found on the email sent by Europlan. There is an additional damage deposit fee of EUR 80.This deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in the same, clean condition found on arrival. You will receive only a part of the deposit if final cleaning is needed. Bed and bath linen are available at an additional cost.
